Please explain Message Credit

Understanding How Message Credit Works?

  • Message Sending: When you send a message using our service, it costs you 1 credit per message sent. Whether you are reaching out to clients, customers, or team members, each individual message sent counts as 1 credit.
  • Message Receiving: Similarly, when you receive a message, it also consumes 1 credit per message received. This ensures that your ability to receive messages is balanced with your message sending capabilities.
  • Webhook Calls: In addition to messages, certain automated processes, such as message delivery notifications or read receipts through webhooks, also utilize credit. Each webhook call made, regardless of its purpose, costs 1 credit.
